How do I change the time?

Pull the crown (which is located at the right hand side of your watch) out one ‘click’, In this first position you can adjust the time.


DISTINCT provides a two-year warranty from the date of purchase and is guaranteed against defects in materials workmanship under normal use.

Items not covered under the warranty:

  • Batteries, crystals, straps
  • Damage caused by accident (e.g. scratches, dents, crushing, knocks, impact), misuse, inappropriate usage (e.g. exercise, sport, extreme activity), negligence, lack of care or wearing off of color to the case or crystal.
  • Normal wear and tear and aging (e.g. scratched crystal, straps, alteration of the color).
  • Defect of internal or external components due to contact with water or moisture.

The watch I just received isn’t working or is damaged. What should I do?

All our watches are carefully inspected before sending but if something is still wrong, please contact us at within 48 hours of receipt for further assistance.

How do I track my package?

When your package has shipped you will receive an automated email containing a tracking number.
